Fabric Overview
Clothes make the man and upholstery fabric makes the chair. Choose from one of our graded-in fabric lines, ask us to grade in fabric from another supplier, or send the fabric to us as COM (Customer’s Own Material). With thousands of choices and many performance finishes available, the only limit is your imagination.

We apply fine upholstery fabrics from many companies. For your convenience, we have already graded fabrics from the following suppliers.

Grade in Policy
Let us make it convenient for you. Five fabric suppliers are already graded in (CF Stinson, Mayer Fabrics, Momentum, Concertex, and Anzea) Just click the links above to go to their websites. We know you may already have a fabric selected or need to use another supplier, so call us at 1-800-626-1234 with the following information and we’ll grade the fabric in for you.
- Chair model and quantity
- Fabric supplier, pattern name and color
- Pattern repeat information and roll width
COM Policy
We do not require pre-approval for upholstery fabrics from established commercial suppliers. Yardage requirements listed in our price list are for one chair and no pattern repeat. For the exact yardage, please contact Westin-Nielsen Customer Service with the following information:
- Chair model and quantity
- Fabric manufacturer and pattern
- Fabric width
- Pattern repeat information
We can supply a quote with graded in fabrics and as COM. With one call, everything will be handled – no more worries about coordinating deliveries.
Fabric Requirements
The fabric requirements for each chair in our price list are for single chairs with no fabric pattern. Naturally matching patterns may require more fabric. For exact requirements, please contact Westin-Nielsen Customer Service. We will quickly get you the information you need to make sure we have just the right amount of fabric to produce your order.
